I have been so inspired from modern quilt making and when we got a challenge from my local Swedish Guild to make something from traditional blocks, the idea came to me to make them in a modern setting. I have chosen a ten years old line Bumble Bee, that I had in my stash. A line that I have saved and haven´t have the courage or heart to cut.
But now what the time and here it is my modern lap quilt with twelve different stars

I am a beginner to FMQ and have only quilted a few projects before after taking some classes on Craftsy. I have quilted on a domestic machine.
I love pieced backs on quilts and I have used some leftover from the line
